Shipping , returns and replacements

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

The national cost is R150 .Same day uber deliveries in the greater cape town area are R250.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery to main cities will take place between 1 and 3 working days, while regional/outlying areas usually take 3-5 working days. The delivery time-frame depends on the logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently please message us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses ( No post boxes ). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries. You can use a local courier depot as the delivery address if you know you will not be home to receive it . 

Packaging is super discreet.

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

If, for any reason, you would like to replace your product, please contact us via whatsapp or email , briefly explaining what the fault appears to be.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following:

• Replacements will only be given within 15 days of purchase
• No refunds on dropped or self  damaged goods
• Vape pens are under warranty for six months.
